Charles
E. Baugh, Jr. - Precinct 3 City Councilmember Charles E. Baugh,
Jr. is the newest member of the City Council. He was appointed in mid-May 2008 to fill a
vacant seat position previously held by the Honorable Brenda O. E. Bush, a beloved City of
Crestview Councilmember who passed away in April of 2008.
Mr. Baugh moved to the Crestview area in 2002 and is no stranger to the local community
due to his military career.
He has been and continues to be active in community affairs. He recently served on the
City of Crestviews Police Officers and Firefighters Retirement Board. Before being
appointed to the City Council seat, another local involvement effort was to work the
voting poll for Precinct 52 as an assistant clerk.
Mr. Baugh is also active with the United Ostomy Associations of Americas national
chapter, the Okaloosa Habitat for Humanity, and other community organizations within the
area.
Personal Information
Charles is married to the former Roslyn Glenn and they have three children, Charles III,
