Baugh, Jr. - Precinct 3 - President
City Councilmember Charles E. Baugh, Jr., was appointed May 27, 2008 to the seat previously held by the Honorable Brenda O. E. Bush, a beloved City of Crestview Councilmember who passed away in office. He was elected to a four year term by better than a 2 to 1 margin on March 10th, 2009.
Mr. Baugh and family moved to Crestview in 2002 due to his military career. He previously served on the City of Crestview’s Police Officers and Firefighters Retirement Board, in addition to serving the city currently as an Assistant Clerk in Okaloosa County’s Precinct 52.
Mr. Baugh is a Director at Large for the Northwest Florida League of Cities,
Vice President of the Okaloosa County League of Cities, an active member of the United Ostomy Associations of America, Okaloosa County Habitat for Humanity, and other organizations including:

Personal Information
Charles is married to the former Roslyn Glenn and they have three children: Charles III, Nicholas Alfred, and Candice Dominique. Mr. Baugh retired from the USAF after 28 years in uniform and has traveled most of the world.
