Mr. Iannucci is originally from Stratford, Connecticut where he graduated from Stratford High School in 1993. He attended Clarkson University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering. In 2003, Mr. Iannucci joined the Air Force and was commissioned after graduating from Officer Training School in March of 2004. Councilmember Iannucci's first service assignment was the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Eglin AFB here in northwest Florida. After a short tour of duty to Randolph AFB in Texas, he returned to Eglin AFB to serve as an engineer for the Air Force SEEK EAGLE Office (AFSEO) where he remains today as a civilian working as a Flutter Engineer. Mr. Iannucci moved to Crestview in December 2006. He finished his active duty military career in September 2007. He now also serves as a Reservist with the 556th RED HORSE Squadron at nearby Hurlburt Field as a Project Engineer. He currently serves as a city representative to the Okaloosa-Walton Transportation Planning Organization, Okaloosa Economic Development Council, Northwest Florida League of Cities, and the Okaloosa Library Cooperative.

Councilmember Benjamin J. Iannucci, III, is the President of the Crestview City Council. He was appointed to the Council on April 7, 2010 to fill an unexpired term of office.
