Mr. Baugh and family moved to Crestview in 2002 due to his military career. He previously served on the City of Crestview's Police Officers and Firefighters Retirement Board. Mr. Baugh is currently President - Northwest Florida League of Cities, Member - 2011-2013 Florida League of Cities Board of Directors, 2011-2012 FLC Nominating Committee and Resolutions Committee Member, President - Crestview Kiwanis Club International, Co-Chairman - 3rd Masonic District No Child Without Healthcare Fair, Member - Okaloosa County Habitat for Humanity, Member - United Ostomy Associations of America and is also a member of these notable organizations:

Personal Information Charles is married to the former Roslyn Glenn and they have three children: Charles III, Nicholas Alfred, and Candice Dominique. Councilman Baugh retired from the USAF after 28 years in uniform and has traveled most of the globe. Personal Note
