overview of methods used to find and complete grants for
non-profits including agencies and churches. Learn

Free Wi-Fi at the Library
 Free wireless Internet access is now available here at the library. A password (which will change monthly) is required and may be picked up at the circulation desk. Wi-Fi access will be available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday. No wireless printing services are available, however.
For patrons without a personal laptop, remember, we have 24 public access computers available. All it takes is a current library card. (If you do not have a library card, just bring in a picture ID, contact phone numbers, and proof of your current street address within Okaloosa County.)

Does the prospect of filing your 2009 taxes have you nervous and worried? The AARP will once again be providing free tax preparation services here at the library for low and middle income residents with special attention to those age 60 and older.
This free assistance will be on a first-come, first-served basis from February 1st through April 15th. Sign-in is required. Hours will be Mondays from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Copies of the more common forms, including 1099’s and W-2’s, are available free for pick-up in the library reference area. Additional forms and publications are available from the Internal Revenue Service web site at
www.irs.gov
