Project Gutenberg
Project Gutenberg is the place where you can download over 36,000 free ebooks to read on your PC, iPad, Kindle, Sony Reader, Android or other portable device. These ebooks are free in the United States because their copyright has expired. (So it is a good place to find some of the classics, but you will not find current bestsellers.)
