At 10:15 a.m., stories, songs and finger-plays start in the Story Room! Sign-in begins when the library doors open at 10:00 a.m. Lap Sit is designed for children under the age of three and their caregiver. Older children are welcome!

3 & UP STORY TIME
Children ages 3 and up are invited to meet on TUESDAYS at 2:30 p.m. or WEDNESDAYS at 10:15 a.m. (new days and times for summer!) for stories, songs, and finger-plays in the Meeting Room. Sign-in begins 15 minutes before each class. (Younger siblings are welcome if accompanied by an adult). You may stay with your child or drop your child off (depending on your child's comfort and behavior). If your child gets louder than Ms. Heather, please take them out until they are calm and happy enough to listen and participate. After the program, do a simple craft with your child.

6 - 8 SUMMER STORIES
Children ages 6 to 8 who enjoy picture books, meet for stories and activities with Ms. Audrey and Ms. Sasha on MONDAYS at 2:30-3:15 p.m. (in the Meeting Room), and WEDNESDAYS at 10:15-11:00 a.m. (in the Story Room). Parents are welcome to visit once and get a feel for the program. After that, please drop your child off and enjoy the Library until pick-up time. If your child is not comfortable coming to Summer Stories alone, please attend Story Time. |

9 & UP CHAPTER BOOK CLUB
Children ages 9 and up who enjoy chapter books: Let's read Lost and Found by Andrew Clements together this summer! Meet Ms. Becky in the Story Room from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. on MONDAYS (simultaneous with Monday 6 - 8 Summer Stories). You don't need to begin reading before the first meeting. We will distribute books to the first twelve to arrive!
June 11, 18, 25 and July 2, 9, 16, 23. This program is for kids only, but you are welcome to visit once and get a feel for the program. After that, please drop your child off and enjoy the library! |

Registration begins May 18 at 6:00 p.m., then ongoing in front of the Story Room.
Reading Logs MUST be signed by a parent or guardian and turned in by July 25 at the Front Desk.
Reading Certificates awarded 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 31 at the Summer Finale!!!
Funny Money Store: OPEN after the Summer Finale on Tuesday, July 31. (If you can't make it to this event, please let Ms. Heather know and she will make you a grab bag of prizes!)
Earn a funny money dollar for every day that you read at least 15 minutes, beginning June 9 and ending July 22! You can earn $44 by reading every day!! Then, you can spend your hard-earned cash at the FUNNY MONEY STORE!! More details to come at registration..
