In an effort to accommodate the influx of military personnel coming into our City we are allowing all active duty members to either email, fax or mail in their water/sewer/garbage application, along with a copy of their ID. The deposit can be paid over the phone or mailed to our office at 198 N. Wilson Street, Crestview, Florida 32536. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Water, Sewer, Garbage application can be downloaded by clicking here. The application and a copy of the military members ID can be emailed to the billing supervisor for the water department at: If the member chooses to fax the information our fax number is 850-682-8077.
