The City of Crestview proposes to add an additional 1.28 square miles to its existing enterprise zone. In some cases a change to an enterprise zone may result in loss of enterprise zone eligibility for the area affected by the boundary change. However, in this case the proposed addition includes an area where income levels and employment levels are such that it improves the zone and may provide employment and training opportunities to many more people.
