The Crestview Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking to establish a Business Incubator program to assist new businesses in establishing themselves within the Crestview Redevelopment Area. An incubator program provides client companies with business support services and resources tailored to assist the young firms  in establishing their product and customer base.

2010 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report
We're pleased to present to you this year's Annual Water Quality Report. This report is designed to inform you about the quality water and services we deliver to you every day. Our constant goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water. We want you to understand the efforts we make to continually improve the water treatment process and protect our water resources. We are committed to ensuring the quality of your water. Our water source is ground water from 7 wells. The wells draw from the Floridian Aquifer. Because of the excellent quality of our water, the only treatment required is chlorine for disinfection.

Military Personnel Can Apply For Water, Sewer and Garbage Service Before Arriving to Crestview
In an effort to accommodate the influx of military personnel coming into our City we are allowing all active duty members to either email, fax or mail in their water/sewer/garbage application, along with a copy of their ID. The deposit can be paid over the phone or mailed to our office at 198 N. Wilson Street, Crestview, Florida 32536. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Restriction of Water Use
The city reserves the right to restrict use of water in times of drought or other emergency conditions deemed to be detrimental to the public health, welfare and safety of Crestview water users. Whenever demand for water consumption exceeds capacity and reserves available, the public services department is empowered to issue a moratorium on water use until the normal service can be restored to accommodate users.
