    1. Office of the City Clerk Header
    2. ASSEMBLY/EVENT APPLICATION (ALCOHOL PERMITTED)
    3. APPLICATIONS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT
    4. Please provide as much information as possible about your event i.e. Starting ending time of any requested street closures, description of event, etc
    5. Please describe the area and upload a map with barricade markings
    6. Example: Metal Barricades, Portable Toilets, Electrical access, Police/Fire department support, soft barricades & street closures (all special requests require City Manager's approval)
