    1. CRA  Header  Crestview Community Redevelopment Agency
    2. ASSEMBLY/EVENT APPLICATION (ALCOHOL PERMITTED)
    3. APPLICATIONS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN FOUR (4) WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT

      A meeting with the CRA Director must be scheduled when application is submitted.  Application must contain all required information. 

    4. PERMITS ARE VALID FOR ONE (1) DAY ONLY UNLESS APPROVED BY THE CITY MANAGER
    5. Please provide as much information as possible about your event i.e. Starting ending time of any requested street closures, description of event, etc

    6. Please describe the area and upload a map with barricade markings
    7. Example: Metal Barricades, Portable Toilets, Electrical access, Police/Fire department support, soft barricades & street closures (all special requests require City Manager's approval)
