The Parks and Recreation Department offers a full range of sports activities for the youth in our area. We offer baseball, softball, basketball, and football. Children 4 years to 15 years of age are eligible to participate in most of these sports. The age at which your child may participate depends on the sport of interest. In order to better serve the area, we hold registration for an entire month preceding the sport. BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND WATER BILL IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION!!
Each player is guaranteed playing time in each game; However, players MUST attend practices to remain eligible to play. If three practices in a row are missed without an explanation a player may be benched for one game. Please keep the coaches informed of problems which might keep a player from regularly attending practices or games.
I understand that in extreme cases of rowdy or disruptive behavior on the part of my child, myself, family, group or team we may be subject to being barred from further participation in the organized recreation program and Recreation Department property. Rules governing organized recreation activities will be made available upon request. The following policy applies for fans, coaches and players. Unsportsmanlike conduct or any other unfair or dishonorable conduct WILL result in ejection from the game and the park. Upon further review, additional action may be taken. In the event a player or coach is ejected from the game he/she must leave the bench or bleacher area and sit out that game and the next scheduled game. Coach MUST leave the building or field.
Your child will be placed on their team based upon age, previous year's team or through the draft. The only exception to this system will be in a case where health is a consideration. The transportation of your child to practices and games is your responsibility. There will be no special requests
Welcome! we are ready to begin another season of Football. Regular season Football games will begin Aug. 28th. Not all teams will play on this date. Each team is guaranteed a ten game season. Registration date are May 21 - June 29, 2018.

Coach Exclusion Form will not be allowed the day of the draft. The form must be completed and returned to the Parks & Recreation main office by close of business day prior to the draft. You may not re-enter the draft and file and exclusion form, if your child is returning to the previous year division.
Equipment & Uniform Policy
Uniforms shall be worn as issued. The only exceptions to this policy will be in the case of a sizing issue, loss or damage. The replacement shirt/jersey or shorts shall be comparable in style and color to the originally issued uniform item. For example, shirts/jerseys shall be of like style and color. If the replacement item is questionable, please contact the Recreation office for approval. All football equipment sizing must be accomplished prior to Monday July 10, 2018. Football equipment sizing will be held every Saturday at 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, players will purchase their own solid black pants. Shoulder pad and helmet fitting will be done on a scheduling basis. TBD.
Welcome! We are ready to begin another season of Basketball. We anticipate a greater number of players this year than ever before! The season will begin Thursday January 3, 2019. Not all teams will play on this date. Each team is guaranteed a ten game season. The registration fee will include the cost of a jersey and shorts which players will keep at the end of the season. Please be very careful as you select sizes. The uniform will be ordered in accordance with your instructions. Lost or damaged uniforms will be the responsibility of the player. Registration dates are September 17 - October 27, 2018

The draft will occur on the below dates at the times listed. If your child is not returning to a previous year's team they should attend the draft to be held at Twin Hills Gym. Every child will be assigned to a team through the draft. If a player isn't present to the draft his/her name will be drawn out of a hat. There is no draft for the Pee Wee league.

The selection of coaches for teams is one of the most important duties of the league. Our coaches work on a volunteer basis and receive no payment for their efforts. Your support will be welcomed and appreciated during the season. Keep in mind that the only difference between you and your child's coach is that they are able to make the time available to conduct practices and coach during games. A meeting will be held Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Warriors Hall (inside Crestview's police department building.

The registration fee will include the cost of a shirt and shorts for all soccer players. The players will keep these items at the seasons end. Soccer Registration May 21 - June 29, 2018.

A soccer meeting will be held at 6 PM on Wednesday, July 5th, at Warriors Hall. All information needed for the draft will be available as well as other information discussed regarding rules and league policies.
Welcome! We are ready to begin another season of cheerleading! Registration cost for all cheerleaders is $65! The age group for cheerleading is 4-12 years old. Uniforms will be furnished for each cheerleader. Cheerleaders will be assigned to squads. First priority will be returners and sibling relationships between football players. Specific requests will then be considered until the squad rosters have been filled. The date of registrations will determine the order of placement. The balance of registered cheerleaders will then be placed in teams until parity has been reached. Squad assignments will not be complete until after the football drafts have occurred. Uniform fitting will be scheduled after the squads have been created.
